Computer Aided Drafting Services, Installation, Monitoring and
Maintenance of Commercial, Campus and Industrial Integrated Facility
Management. Security, Fire Alarm, C.C.T.V, Sprinkler Supervision,
Music & Paging, Intercom and Conference Room Audio-Video Systems.

Design, Computer Aided Drafting Services, Installation, Monitoring and
Maintenance of Residential and Multi-family Electronic Automation,
Security, Multi-Room Audio-Video, Home Theatre, Surround Sound,
Structured Wiring, Networks and Telephone systems.
Management & Technical Expertise:
Omni1st management has over 50 years of combined experience in the
design, installation, service and monitoring of commercial and
residential electronic systems.
Our parent; "Omni Management Services, Inc. is celebrating it's 10th
anniversary.
Our management team has been certified by the "Home Acoustic Alliance"
for Home Theatre Sound and Video application. We are also licensed
by the "Texas Commission on Private Security" as well as registered
with the "Texas Department of Insurance, State Fire Marshal's Office"
to provide design, installation and service for your commercial and
residential security, fire alarm system, door access control and
camera systems.
Our Computer Aided Drafting Department staff can help you with your
plans or specifications for design on most of the electronic systems
referenced above.
